The Kii Difference
Easy Access
Ease and choice in how the program is accessed is key to increased utilization.

I had the kid sick over the weekend and calling the local hospital and other hospitals in the area, I found out that the waiting time is about 8 – 9 hours. That’s when I recalled the email about Kii, so I decided to act on it. Someone answered in less than two minutes, and it took another few minutes of back-and-forth information, questions, answers, pictures to figure out what happens. I had a full resolution for my kid in a few minutes, saving at least 8 or 9 hours of waiting in an emergency room, in a room full of people.
I’m a busy mom so my health always takes a back seat to the kids. I had a rash on my foot that I help delaying getting looked at and it started getting worse. I decided to give Kii a try and was surprised how quickly I was connected to a nurse. Within minutes I had sent her some photos from my phone of the rash, and she had a prescription sent right to my local pharmacy that I could pick up in an hour. It was such a time-saver.
Being able to talk to a nurse who could understand my issues right away and help me understand what options were available to me was so helpful and brought my stress levels down immediately.
