Additionally, she’s worked in workplace rehabilitation, workplace wellness and consulting. 

Tara is a workplace health and safety expert with over 20 years of broad HR experience developed in diverse industries in both the private and public sector. She has over 12 years of experience with successful people management experience under her belt and has successfully supervised employees both internally and remotely. Her key focus areas also include coaching, performance and development.
