Karen is a senior executive with more than 20 years of creating growth through innovation, people, process and technology in the employee wellbeing.  Karen has experience in evolution of healthcare in mental and physical health through innovation and evidence-based outcomes for employers, employees, insurers, advisors and consumers.  Karen has worked in senior executive positions at Shepell.fgi, Morneau Shepell, SCM Insurance, Snapclarity and was the past Chair of Ontario Shores Centre for mental health foundation.  

Prakash has worked at public companies including Extendicare Inc. and Brookfield Infrastructure Partners, where he was responsible for financial management. Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered profitability improvements, implemented rigorous KPI-driven strategic frameworks, and built cross-functional teams. Prakash earned a Masters degree in Accounting from the University of Waterloo and has a CPA designation.

A history of delivering record revenue growth and profitability gains at multiple companies. Bram has held executive leadership positions at Randstad RiseSmart and Ceridian.

Dhruv brings two decades of experience in risk management, data security, governance and compliance, and systems architecture to CloudMD. From technology infrastructure to the engineering teams that deliver product innovation Dhruv's deep technical acumen coupled with his cloud first and security experience will be harnessed across all CloudMD technologies. His exemplary track record in leading transformation includes past roles as Principal architect at Google and Head of Governance and Compliance at RBC. Dhruv has also led cloud data risk management for some of Canada's biggest financial institutions.

With 20 years of experience in education and healthcare, Aida has a reputation for successfully leveraging technology to improve the consumer/patient experience while optimizing outcomes and maximizing value for money spent by users or plan sponsors. Aida’s expertise in strategy, strategic partnerships, and product development allows her to engage the right mix of stakeholders to govern and lead digital health initiatives at CloudMD and further deploy systems that support an integrated and connected health ecosystem. An advocate for inclusivity and supporting the next generation of leaders, Aida’s passionate about building people capacity, capabilities and instilling a culture of collaboration, quality and success. Prior to joining CloudMD, Aida held leadership roles at Shoppers Drug Mart and Cira Health.

Nathan has 20 years of experience in the ambulatory healthcare sector. His primary focus has been implementing and supporting connected Information Systems as well as Revenue Cycle Management.  Nathan joins CloudMD from Benchmark Systems where he served as President.  Previously, Nathan served in various leadership positions within Benchmark including Revenue Cycle Management, MSP, and Support.  A champion of data driven decision making, Nathan strives for effective resource allocation to solve complex problems.
